What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), commonly referred to as EFT Tapping or Tapping, is a modern alternative therapeutic approach based on the principle that the body's energy system can become disrupted or imbalanced due to unresolved emotional experiences, negative beliefs, or overwhelming life experiences.
It involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the body, typically using the fingertips, while focusing on emotional or physical issues. These points correspond to the endpoints of meridians, which are energy channels recognized in traditional Chinese medicine.
